Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer 10 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.

Please note: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

Pick-up attempts: The courier company will attempt to pick up your shipment twice. If they are unable to do so, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability of service in your area pin-code.

COD orders: For cash on delivery (COD) orders, a coupon code will be provided within 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.

Product condition: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

Processing time: Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Please note: Refunds/bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website.

Coupon codes: Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the coupon code.

Non-refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can also reach us on CARE@UVWINDIA.COM. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.

Cancellation: Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Product categories: To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes.  may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Exchanges: Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable to that order.

Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns/Exchange:

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you'll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
